Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to maintain and repair dialysis and water treatment equipment across our clinics. You will train colleagues on maintenance best practices and manage medical supplies to ensure patient safety.

You will also participate in monthly meetings, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the clinical teams with timely service and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Biomedical/electronic tech training or equivalent is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis and related equipment.
• Maintains the physical plant and ensures vendor services are performed per contract.
• Manages service parts inventory and records repairs/maintenance.
• Performs water/dialysate sampling and trend analysis of the water system.
• Documents activity and supports regulatory and OSHA compliance.
• Assists in planning/installing equipment and provides after-hours on-call coverage.
