Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to maintain and repair dialysis and water treatment equipment across our kidney care clinics. You will train staff on operational maintenance and manage biomedical supplies to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant and assists with inventory.
• Purchases and retains service parts; coordinates with vendors per contract.
• Performs water/dialysate tests and monitors system performance.
• Provides on-call after-hours technical coverage for clinics.
