Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Nurse Educator to support training and education across assigned facilities in California. The role delivers orientation, preceptor training, facility in-services, and clinical, quality, and customer service programs to promote high-quality patient care and meet enterprise goals.

The candidate will promote lifelong learning, collaborate with partners at all levels, and utilize various teaching methods to engage staff.

Qualifications

• RN education and training delivery experience.
• Ability to coordinate staff development activities across multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Aligns education programs with regional and corporate goals.
• Delivers standardized, competency-based training and orientation.
• Develops and maintains open communication with facility teams and management.
• Travels between assigned facilities to deliver education programs.
