Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the United States is seeking a Nurse Educator to support training and education of staff across our dialysis facilities. The role focuses on competency-based programs, new employee orientation, and ongoing professional development to promote high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with regional teams, ensure compliance with nursing standards, and deliver engaging, outcome-driven education across modalities, including CKD treatment programs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in primary state of residence is required.
• Minimum 1 year of dialysis nursing experience.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers competency-based training for dialysis staff.
• Aligns training with regional and corporate goals and patient safety.
• Facilitates new employee orientation and ongoing education programs.
• Collaborates with facility leaders to schedule and implement education initiatives.
