Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Dialysis Center team in Mocksville and Elkin, NC. This full-time role delivers patient-centered nutrition education and collaborates with the renal care team.

Responsibilities include monthly assessments, lab reviews, and weekly rounds with physicians. A flexible schedule and ability to work at both sites are required, with potential remote work one day per week after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Master's degree in nutrition or Dietetics preferred.
• Active Dietitian licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with clinical dietetics; ESRD patients preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Must successfully pass Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education to hemodialysis patients and completes monthly assessments.
• Reviews labs with patients and rounds with physicians weekly or as needed.
• Monitors patients' weights and adjusts diet and fluid needs; participates in QAPI and interdisciplinary teamwork.
