Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the dialysis team at Northside Dialysis Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The CNM will promote care standards, supervise clinical staff, and ensure a safe patient environment.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, ACLS, and 1–3 years in management, preferably in hemodialysis, with the ability to work flexible hours. Company offers extensive benefits and potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• ACLS Certification.
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred, including dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the organizational philosophy, objectives, and standards of care.
• Leads and develops staff; conducts orientation and ongoing in-services.
• Ensures a safe environment for patients and staff per policies and standards of care.
• Manages staff development and performance reviews.
• Oversees quality of care using QA/PI processes and regulatory standards.
• Assists with budgeting and facility management in collaboration with leadership.
