Qualifications

• Dialysis technician training program preferred.
• CCHT certification required within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert dialysis care per prescribed protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs during treatment and respond to changes.
• Set up and operate dialysis equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Administer medications and intravenous fluids exactly as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and self-care.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment activities and patient progress.
• Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards.
