Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Dialysis Clinic Clinical Manager (RN) in Atlanta. You will lead a collaborative team to deliver high-quality dialysis care, manage daily operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years Clinical Manager experience in a Fresenius Medical Care setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience coordinating patient care across admission through discharge.
• Knowledge of CQI/QA processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and lead the care team.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with the Medical Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies across the facility.
• Develop staffing plans, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor financials, scheduling, and resource management to meet KPIs.
