As the facility leader, you will drive operational excellence, coordinate with the Medical Director, and support a culture of continuous learning through the Clinical Leadership Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees the facility’s Home Therapies Program in coordination with the Home Therapies Program Manager.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with data collection and auditing activities.
• Responsible for ICD coding and for on-site state or federal surveys and reporting.
• Manages daily business operations of the dialysis clinics including staff, care quality, facility maintenance, and inventory control.
• Manages profit and loss and other financial aspects to meet budget and KPIs.
