Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse to lead inpatient dialysis care for ESRD and CKD patients at UF North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, FL.

You will blend direct patient care with clinical leadership and team coordination, supporting a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years dialysis experience required; 6+ months dialysis preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• 18 months RN experience minimum, including dialysis.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for ESRD patients, track labs, vitals, weight and outcomes.
• Supervise and support a team of PCTs.
• Deliver dialysis care in compliance with standards.
• Train and mentor clinical staff.
• Float between facilities and work a flexible schedule.
