Qualifications

• Experience in clinical nursing.
• 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills for the position.
• Ishihara Color Blindness test passed.
• Experience in supervisory/management role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Oversees facility operations, staffing, and budget to meet KPIs.
• Ensures timely patient care assessments and care plans.
• Maintains medical records integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with Medical Director, Charge RN, and physicians to optimize patient care.
