You will collaborate with the Medical Director and nursing leadership to coordinate admissions through discharge and drive CQI initiatives.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and relationship management with physicians and facility leadership to sustain excellent patient care and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current RN state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with internal HR, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees Home Therapies Program in collaboration with the Home Therapies Program Manager.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with data collections and audits.
• Responsible for ICD coding and for on-site state or federal surveys.
• Manages daily business operations including staff, patient care quality, and facility maintenance; oversees budget and KPIs.
