Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Lansing is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the dialysis clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliant clinical operations. This role participates in the Clinical Leadership Program to develop leadership capabilities and service delivery across the center.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse, manage staff and schedules, and drive CQI/QAPI initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN required with nursing degree and active licensure.
• Leadership and management experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and CQI/QAPI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure cost-effective, compliant facility management.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with staff.
• Oversee staff development, scheduling, and payroll.
• Maintain medical records integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with Medical Director and physicians.
