Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis nursing duties if licensed in the state.
• Supervise PCTs, LPNs, and RNs in patient care and dialysis treatments.
• Monitor clinical outcomes in collaboration with Medical Director and Operations Director.
• Ensure accurate documentation of flowsheets and physician orders.
• Participate in QAPI and support outcome management plans.
• Assist with staffing planning to match patient needs and staff capacity.
• Train staff with focus on clinical systems and machines.
• Maintain documentation of vascular access management as needed.
