Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead nursing staff and ensure safe dialysis in our Tennessee facility. The role reports to the Director of Operations and supports patient care in a regulated, nonprofit setting.

Full-time schedule with five 8-hour days, Sundays off, and no overnight shifts. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on dialysis experience, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible RN in Tennessee; state licensure is required for practice where applicable.
• Completion from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Experience with dialysis nursing preferred; management experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure safe dialysis treatment per policies.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with Medical Director and Operations.
• Monitor documentation, staffing, and scheduling to optimize patient flow.

The Clinic Manager, under the direction of the Director of Operations, is responsible for the clinical management of the dialysis unit and the supervision of all nursing personnel in order to ensure a safe dialysis treatment for all patients. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for directing nursing care in the dialysis facility in accordance with DCI’s policies and procedures, Network/IPRO, OSHA, CMS, federal, state and local regulations.

Schedule: Full-time, five 8-hour days, shifts start at 8am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation: Pay range from $75,000-$105,000 annually, depending on dialysis experience

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

• Preform duties as a dialysis nurse if licensed in the state.
• Supervise and monitor direct patient care provided by PCTs, LPNs, and RNs including but not limited to initiating, monitoring and terminating dialysis treatments as well as physical assessment of patients.
• Monitor overall performance and clinical outcomes for the facility in collaboration with the Medical Director and Director of Operations.
• In collaboration with the Director of Operations, review of patient flow sheets is completed at end of day as well as spot checks during the day; verifying documentation accuracy for decreased blood flow rates, other prescription changes, early discontinuation, and fluctuations in blood pressure with notification to charge nurse.
• Audit flowsheets to ensure transcription and implementation of Physician’s orders is completed.
• Participate in QAPI and supports outcome management through appropriate action plans.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations for patient care staffing, matching patient needs with staff capabilities and experiences to maximize staffing resources.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations on the scheduling of patients to ensure all patients are treated in a timely manner.
• Assist in the teaching and training of new staff members as directed by the Nurse Educator - i.e., machines, ROS, procedures etc.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert and assist nurse educator with training for staff in all clinical systems.
• Ensure vascular access management for the patients is documented as needed.

Education/Training:

• Maintain a current Tennesse license as a registered nurse, nursing license is not required for this position
• Completion from an accredited Registered Nursing Program
• Two years prior dialysis experience preferred
• Experience in critical care nursing is preferred
• Non-clinical or Clinical, tenured management / leadership experience is a must (preferably a minimum of four years healthcare related management experience)
• DCI provides comprehensive hands-on training in order to equip our nurses for success
