The role focuses on facility leadership, staff coaching, regulatory compliance, and coordination with physicians to deliver exceptional care to patients with kidney disease.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
• Collaborates with the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with data collections and auditing activities.
• Accountable for ICD coding and for all required network reporting and on-site surveys.
• Manages the daily business operations of the dialysis clinics including staff, patient care, facility/equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
• Manages profit and loss and other financial aspects to achieve budget and KPI targets.
• Coordinates all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge and serves as a resource for patients and families.
