Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, including staffing, costs, processes, and quality standards.
• Provide coaching and development plans for all direct reports.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program as needed and coordinate with related departments.
• Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge and educate patients on quality measures.
• Support physicians and manage relationships with the medical staff and governing bodies.
