Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• RN with current state licensure (Graduate of an accredited Nursing School).
• 6+ years of healthcare operations experience; 12 months nursing; 6 months dialysis nursing.
• Must pass Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge and educate on quality measures and transplant options.
• Foster physician relationships and ensure regular communication within the medical staff.
• Oversee staff scheduling and payroll; ensure training and licensure compliance.
