Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical nursing.
• 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Ishihara Color Blind Test required.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Partner with HR, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversee Home Therapies program and clinical records.
• Ensure timely patient care assessments and care plans.
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll.
• Maintain regulatory reporting and survey readiness.
