Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a Chronic Registered Nurse to deliver safe and effective hemodialysis care. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of nephrology nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Minimum of 3 months of chronic/acute hemodialysis experience as an RN.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs (with assistance); prolonged standing and bending required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments pre-, during-, and post-dialysis.
• Collaborate on treatment plans and adjust based on patient response.
• Document all care activities in patient records.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and transplant options.
