Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed to practice in the applicable state.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience with 6 months in dialysis care.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to direct patient care staff and participate in staffing decisions.
• Oversee dialysis treatment delivery and patient safety during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate nursing duties with Facility Administrator and other RNs.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis, medications and care plans.
