CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level dialysis care professional to assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and support patient education and care under RN supervision.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CMS licensure compliance, and CPR certification. Prior patient care experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow in a leading global dialysis organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. is required and CMS/licensure requirements must be met.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility is preferred.
• CPR certification is required as part of the job preparation and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the dialysis unit.
• Record vital signs, treatment data, and progress notes for each patient.
• Assist in infection control activities and adhere to CQI processes.
• Support transitional care and patient education under RN supervision.
