Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) with mandatory training provided. You will assist in setup of dialysis machines, monitor patients, and maintain a clean, safe environment while documenting treatment data.

A High School diploma or GED and CPR certification are required, with CMS/state certification timelines adhered to. This is a full-time onsite role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS/state certification requirements within required state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and document vital signs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices.
• Record treatment data and ensure accurate documentation.
• Consult with RN for patient condition changes.
