Fresenius Medical Care is hiring in Delaware for a dialysis health care team member. You will assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patient status, and contribute to safety and infection control in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities include assessing vascular access, cannulation under supervision, taking vital signs, and documenting treatments. A high school diploma or GED and CMS licensure are required, with CPR certification kept current.

Qualificações

• Prior patient care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor treatment parameters.
• Assess vascular access patency and cannulate as delegated.
• Record vital signs, UF goals, and treatment data accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control policies.
• Support CQI activities and participate in patient education.
