Job summary

• Monitor patient wellbeing, record vitals and weight before/after treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and assist in cannulation as delegated.
• Document treatment parameters and report changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment and comply with policies.
