Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and educating patients on adequacy measures.
• Initiate dialysis and monitor treatment according to orders.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters.
• Maintain infection control practices and safe environment.
• Complete treatment documentation and CQI participation.
• Assist in training direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
