• Record vital signs, weights, and treatment parameters; document in treatment sheets.
• Set up dialysis machines, monitor alarms, and perform safety checks per policy.
• Maintain infection control practices and assist with CQI activities.
• Support transitional care and training of direct care staff under RN supervision.
