• Record treatment data accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and progress notes.
• Assist in patient education on adequacy measures and disease process.
• Maintain safe, clean treatment environment and handle safety alarms as required.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Prepare, organize, and manage supplies to prevent wastage.
