Fresenius Medical Care in Bullhead City, AZ seeks a dedicated dialysis support professional to assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and to monitor patient status during treatments. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to ensure safe, effective care and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include vitals, cannulation, UF management, and charting while maintaining a clean, safe environment and supporting CQI activities.

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Evaluate patients' wellbeing and vital signs during treatment.
• Record treatment data and document changes in patient condition.
• Monitor vascular access patency and perform cannulation as directed.
• Ensure safety alarms and operational parameters are properly set.
• Maintain clean and safe dialysis environment and equipment.
• Assist in training patient-care staff under RN supervision.
• Report any issues to the registered nurse or supervisor.
