You will be responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and supporting CQI activities to improve patient outcomes.

The role includes welcoming patients, monitoring vitals, managing UF goals, documenting treatment data, and participating in infection control and transitional care

Responsibilities

• Assist in training direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
• Monitor patients and assist with vascular access checks and cannulation as directed.
• Prepare, monitor, and document vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Ensure clean and safe dialysis environment and comply with policies.
• Record treatment data accurately and report changes to supervising nurse.
