Job summary

The role supports CQI activities and education of staff, with emphasis on patient safety and adherence to facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dialysis treatment setup and machine operations under supervision.
• Monitor vitals and dialysis parameters during treatment.
• Document treatment data and ensure chart accuracy.
• Infection control and maintaining a clean environment.
• Support quality improvement activities and staff education.
