Job summary

You will assist with machine setup, monitor patient status, record vital signs, manage access care, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while participating in CQI activities and education for patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification within the required state.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training as applicable.
• Experience in patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up dialysis machines and equipment.
• Monitor patient wellbeing during treatment and report changes.
• Take essential vitals and document pretreatment/post-treatment data.
• Maintain clean and safe treatment areas and comply with infection control policies.
• Assist with education and transition of care for patients as directed.
