Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Canonsburg, PA is hiring a patient care professional to join the dialysis health care team under direct supervision. You will help set up and operate dialysis machines and support safe, compassionate patient care.

No prior dialysis experience required; complete 12 weeks of paid, structured training with a Preceptor and Nurse Educator. Major holidays off and tuition reimbursement up to $4,400 per calendar year help support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• No prior dialysis experience required; 12 weeks of paid & structured training with an assigned Preceptor & Nurse Educator.
• Assist in safe, effective dialysis therapy under supervision including setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to organization policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate dialysis machines and monitor treatment parameters.
• Record vital signs, treatment data and patient responses.
• Provide patient education and support under supervision.
• Assist with paperwork, infection control, and medication administration as delegated.
