Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Lebanon, NH area is seeking a healthcare team member to assist in providing safe dialysis therapy under RN supervision. You will set up and operate dialysis machines, monitor patient status, document treatment data, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Responsibility includes assisting with education, aiding in vascular access assessment, and ensuring adherence to CQI and infection control practices as part of the care team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dialysis care under supervision of RN and perform essential treatments.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and treatment parameters during dialysis.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of equipment and environment between treatments.
• Assist in education and transition of patients through treatment processes.
• Document treatment data accurately and report changes to supervising staff.
