Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support patients undergoing dialysis treatment in outpatient clinics. You will provide direct care under RN supervision and help patients through life-sustaining dialysis while maintaining a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vitals, and educating patients on kidney health. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfort around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to stand long shifts and float between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis care under RN supervision.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment and record vital signs.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses and other care team members.
