The position involves setup and operation of dialysis machines under supervision, ensuring patient safety, and accurate record-keeping. A high school diploma or GED and state licensing requirements are required, with benefits starting after hire date.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS- or state-approved certification requirements within CMS timeline.
• State licensure and training as required.

Responsabilités

• Setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist in CQI activities.
• Take pre- and post-treatment vital signs and document results.
• Monitor patient response and report changes to the nurse or supervisor.
• Assist with documentation of treatment data in the designated forms.
