Job summary

Qualifications

• Setup and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Participate in CQI activities and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome assigned patients and monitor their wellbeing.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and perform cannulation as delegated.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters accurately.
• Initiate and monitor dialysis treatment per prescribed orders (QB, QD).
• Document treatment data and ensure nursing signatures on sheets.
• Report significant changes in patient condition to the RN or supervisor.
