Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an on-site dialysis team member to support safe, effective therapy under RN supervision. You will assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patients, and document vital signs and treatment details across shifts.

Responsibilities include including assessment of vascular access, patient education, infection control, and contributing to CQI activities to enhance patient outcomes. High school diploma and CPR-certified candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of dialysis procedures and infection control.
• CPR certification and health care safety training required.
• Experience in hospital or dialysis setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care and education during dialysis treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and cannulate vascular access as directed by RN.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines and document treatment parameters.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment area and follow CQI activities.
