CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Patient Care Technician for on-site work in Bryan, TX. The role supports the dialysis health care team under RN supervision, focusing on safe and effective therapy and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome assigned patients and inquire about their wellbeing since their last treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and perform cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated.
• Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight; document accordingly.
• Initiate dialysis treatment per orders, including QB and QD.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and intervene as prescribed by physician.
• Record treatment data accurately onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and progress notes.
