Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to join our team in Texas. You will help set up and operate dialysis machines and monitor patients during treatment, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

You will assist in patient education, documentation, and infection control as part of a collaborative care team. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification where required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred or required as per state/country.
• Previous patient care or healthcare setting experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Provide patient education related to dialysis adequacy and processes.
• Monitor vital signs and treatment parameters during dialysis.
• Document treatment data and communicate changes to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain infection control and safe, clean work environment.
• Assist in transitional care and coordination of patient care activities.
