Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) in Philadelphia, onsite, full-time. You will work under RN supervision to set up and operate hemodialysis machines, monitor patients, document treatment data, and participate in CQI activities.

Training is provided to ensure competency and adherence to safety and infection-control standards. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CPR certification, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Competenze

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Previous dialysis-related training or program is a plus.
• Willingness to complete the training program and CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Monitor patient vital signs and weight pre/post treatment.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines.
• Record treatment data accurately in the clinical application.
• Assist with infection control and cleaning per policy.
