Fresenius Medical Care AG is seeking an experienced dialysis technician to join the care team. The role involves setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patient status, and ensuring a safe treatment environment under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

You will educate patients on adequacy measures, record vital signs, and maintain compliance with CQI activities and infection control policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; CMS/state licensure requirements within CMS timeline.
• Previous patient care experience in hospital or related facility preferred.
• CPR certification; equal employment opportunity; drug-free workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures and monitoring.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data; document on treatment sheets.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Monitor treatment and report changes to the registered nurse or supervisor; assist in transitions to home dialysis as applicable.
