The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking a Radiological Technologist to collaborate with physicians to perform diagnostic imaging such as X-rays and fluoroscopy, preparing patients and equipment for procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold CT radiography experience, a Connecticut Radiology Technologist license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work at multiple locations. Excellent communication and patient-care skills are essential, with an equal opportunity employer commitment.

Qualificações

• Must be a registered technologist from an accredited school of radiology.
• Must possess a Radiology Technologist license in the state of Connecticut.
• Experience as a Radiology Technologist with a medical practice or hospital is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Perform radiographic procedures producing diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Position patients and set equipment to obtain best density, detail and contrast.
• Practice radiation protection in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize EMR to report and document patient information accurately.
• Assist patients in and out of wheelchairs and onto the x-ray table.
• Communicate with patients, families and staff professionally and compassionately.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in multiple location scheduling.
