Atlantic Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and support patient care in a clinical setting. You will be responsible for producing high-quality radiographs and maintaining accurate records under the direction of a Radiologist.

The role requires proficiency with radiologic equipment, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to explain procedures to patients while minimizing discomfort.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
• Operates imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and sanitization of equipment.
• Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient questions or concerns.
• Maintains all imaging equipment and ensures safety and comfort of the patient.
• Monitors need for procedure revisions and coordinates daily imaging procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
