Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Danvers, MA seeks a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist to perform a variety of ultrasound exams for diagnosis and treatment. The role requires RDMS certification, BLS, and 1–2 years in a large hospital setting; RVT/RVS must be attained within 18 months of hire.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires. The technologist will handle RIS/PACS workflows with high accuracy, maintain image quality, and ensure patient safety while meeting department standards

Qualifications

• RDMS required
• RVT or RVS certification to be attained within 18 months of hire
• BLS certification required
• Must be proficient in Ultrasound equipment and able to recognize anatomy/pathology

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Diagnostic Ultrasound exams and procedures to produce images for diagnosis and treatment
• Obtain and document patient information/history for exams
• Maintain 100% accuracy in RIS patient tracking and PACS work list management
• Ensure image quality control and diagnostic adequacy
• Maintain compliance with department standards/protocols and safety requirements
