Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAAHEP-accredited ultrasound program and ARDMS-certified or eligible.
• Must obtain ARDMS certification in at least one specialty within one year.
• Current CME compliance for specialties; vascular knowledge.
• CPR/BLS from Red Cross or AHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate sonographic equipment independently and perform diagnostic exams.
• Prepare preliminary reports and communicate results to physicians.
• Manage daily lab operations and patient scheduling.
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure workload coverage.
• Educate staff on sonographic procedures as requested.
