Job Details

• Location: Lake Grove, NY
• Schedule: 1:30 am - 8:00 pm, Tues/Thurs 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, Fri 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Salary Range: $40.79 - $46.63 (based on experience, qualifications, education)

Summary

This position requires a creative and responsible technologist to provide excellent clinical care and high-quality radiographs. The technologist must work efficiently and professionally, often independently, reporting to an Assistant Director. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiological procedures, ensuring safety standards, maintaining records, and participating in quality control and training activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Radiology program
• Licensed in Diagnostic Radiology by New York State
• ARRT Registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or ability to obtain within 3 months
• One year of radiology experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
