The Position

The Packager participates in operating filling, labeling, and packaging equipment of varying complexity in accordance with Production Manufacturing Records, applicable SOPs, and ISO and cGMP requirements to produce finished intermediates and final kits.

The Opportunity:
  • Participation in Filling Operations: Ability to perform aseptic gowning and all filling tasks in the aseptic environment.
  • Quality Checks: Perform in-process quality checks for attributes like Fill Check, Torque check, Vision System Check, Label Alignment Check, etc. Inspect products for defects and conformance to quality standards and SOPs.
  • Documentation: Assist in completing production records and SAP transactions, ensuring compliance with lot numbers, expiration dates, and reconciliations.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean work areas, decontaminate surfaces, and perform duties as per SOPs, QSRs, and safety regulations.
  • Environmental Monitoring & Warehousing: Perform scheduled environmental monitoring and warehousing activities such as picking, issuing, returns, and shipping.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Who you are:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in an operations/production environment or filling, labeling, or warehouse operations (3+ years preferred).
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device or related industry.

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.

The salary range for this position in Branchburg is $33,700 - $62,400 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications. A discretionary bonus may be available, and benefits are detailed at the provided link.

Physical conditions and PPE requirements:
  • Must be able to stand or sit throughout the shift.
  • Ability to push/pull pallet jacks, lift over 10 pounds, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Good near visual acuity and ability to work around machinery and wear PPE.
