Job summary

ProMedica Physicians in the United States seeks a Diagnostic Sonographer to support obstetrics gynecology services. The role performs echocardiography 2D, M-Mode and color flow Doppler studies, documents results, and prepares patients for exams with explanations of procedures.

The position is per diem, days shift, located at ProMedica Health and Wellness Center. Candidates should hold RDMS registration or registry eligibility, with a plan to complete requirements within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have current registration as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) granted by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent training that is accepted by the ARMDS or must be registry eligible.
• Registry eligible sonographers must successfully complete all requirements within 6 months of hire date. If this is not completed, the employee will be terminated.
