EPM Scientific is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist to drive adoption of innovative diagnostic solutions across Texas, with a focus on Dallas–Fort Worth. You will cultivate relationships with clinicians, laboratories, and healthcare systems to expand clinical testing adoption.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in diagnostics sales, experience with dermatology, pathology, or oncology markets, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Travel within Texas is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience in diagnostics, laboratory services, or life sciences.
• Experience selling to dermatology, pathology, oncology, or other specialty physician markets.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage a territory, and build relationships with healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with molecular diagnostics and precision medicine is highly valued.
